Ruby red in colour with garnet reflections.It shows great complexity, notes of black cherry, plum and spices. Full in body with soft and elegant tannins supported by a good acidity. Lingering finish with hints of cocoa and roasted coffeee.

Vinification: The grapes are manually harvested in November. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It matures in small French barrels and large oak casks for approximately 60 months followed by a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
